We know you’re excited to receive your fairechild garments, so we process orders within two business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. 

fairechild ships worldwide and we offer free delivery in North America on all orders over $250 USD (after discounts, before taxes). Orders in Canada and the US under $250 USD are subject to a flat rate shipping fee, along with international orders.

Please note that customers are responsible for all expenses related to duties and import fees. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you are happy with your order from fairechild. If, for whatever reason, your purchase does not work out, we will gladly help you exchange it, or provide an online store credit or refund. Please make sure you’ve read and understand our return policy below. Our return process has been made even easier with new package-free drop-off locations across Canada, and we encourage you to try this method of return for instant results.

FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

If you need to make a return in Canada, we’re working to make this as quick and convenient as possible for you. You’ll need your Order Number and Email Address to get started.

You can return items that meet our return policy via mail-in or package- and label-free drop-off at ReturnBear locations across Canada. Our new drop-off return option means you won’t need to repack items or print off any shipping labels, and you’ll be able to instantly return your item - no more wondering when we will get it :) We’re excited to offer drop-off returns and believe that this is one small way that we can employ more sustainable practices at fairechild.

All returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping that will be subtracted from your refund or store credit.

If you need to make a return or exchange from the United States, we’re working to make this as quick and convenient as possible for you. You may use our self-serve return portal to make your return and download a customs-ready shipping label. *Drop-off return options will be available soon for our US customers.

We recommend that you send your order back using standard tracked mail, since fairechild is not responsible for any packages in transit.

Mark "Returned Goods" on the envelope, any duties charged to us will be deducted from your refund.

Your happiness is important to us, so if you’d like to make a return, you have 30 days, following the receipt of your order. As long as the items are unworn with the tags still attached, we can offer a full refund, minus duties, if applicable.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns and exchanges. For returns, we recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are damaged or lost in the mail.

RETURN POLICY

As long as the items are unworn with the tags still attached and in their original condition, all of our products are eligible for return within 30 days of their arrival date. 

FINAL SALE

All items that are discounted more than 19% are final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. We’re here to help, so please get in touch with any questions, before making a purchase.

CHANGE / CANCEL

If you’d like to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of receiving your email confirmation. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but if the order has already shipped, the customer will have to initiate a return at their expense. This does not include final sale items. Please email help@fairechild.com with any questions or concerns.

DAMAGED

fairechild products are high quality and we stand behind that. If you receive an order and something appears to be damaged, please leave the tags on and contact us with your order number. An image of the damage would also be helpful, so we can quickly revolve the issue for you.
